According to an international news agency, South Korea's national airline confirmed the deaths of 62 individuals in the incident. Two passengers were rescued alive, and efforts are ongoing to save those trapped in the rear section of the plane.


Reports indicate that the accident occurred due to a malfunction in the landing gear. The plane veered off the runway and collided with the surrounding fence, causing a massive fire to erupt. Emergency crews eventually managed to extinguish the blaze.


The incident took place at South Korea's Muan Airport, as per reports. The airline stated that the aircraft carried 175 passengers and six flight attendants. The flight was returning from Bangkok, Thailand.
